So Hot Right Now: 6 Simple LIMU Summertime Treats

Summer’s in full swing, and what better way to celebrate the season than with healthy and delicious summer treats with a LIMU twist? Cool down after your cookout with these simple warm-weather snacks that pack a poolside punch! Be the boss of your bod with ultra-premium liquid nutrition that’ll help keep you lean and heat up your next shindig!

1. LIMU/BLU FROG Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • LIMU, BLU FROG or BLU 2

Directions:

  • Pour into 3-4 oz. popsicle molds
  • Freeze & enjoy

2. LIMU/BLU FROG Ice Cubes

Ingredients:

  • LIMU, BLU FROG or BLU 2

Directions:

  • Pour into ice cube trays
  • Freeze & enjoy in still or sparkling water

 

3. LIMU/BLU FROG/LIMU LEAN Fruit Pops

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 medium fresh peaches chopped
  • 1.5 cups LIMU or BLU FROG
  • 3 scoops LIMU LEAN Creamy Vanilla shake mix

Directions:

  • Place chopped fruit in 3-4oz. popsicle molds
  • Blend LIMU or BLU FROG with LIMU LEAN shake mix
  • Pour over fruit until full
  • Freeze & enjoy (8 servings)

 

4. LIMU LEAN Watermelon Slush

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. water
  • 2 scoops LIMU LEAN Creamy Vanilla shake mix
  • 5 large chucks of watermelon
  • 8 ice cubes

Directions:

  • Blend ice & water first, then add shake mix & watermelon & blend

 

5. Mocha Frappa-LIMU

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold, strong coffee
  • 2 scoops LIMU LEAN Dutch Chocolate shake mix

Directions:

  • Stir & add ice cubes
  • Add a teaspoon or more of instant coffee to give it a boost!

 

6. Watermelon-Cucumber LIMU LEAN Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops LIMU LEAN Creamy Vanilla shake mix
  • 4 cups watermelon (cubed, frozen)
  • 1 cup cucumber (peeled, chopped)
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ½ cup skim or soy milk

Directions:

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients until well blended and smooth.
  • Garnish with a slice of lime. (1-2 servings)
